What’s Important to Me NOW? Workshop

Sue Headshot w White Space

Are you overwhelmed by the many competing demands upon your time? Start 2016 with CLARITY on your most important priorities in your personal and business life and tools to help you stay on track and honour those priorities. Invest 3 hours of your time in this powerful workshop and get off on the right track for the coming year.

In a small group setting (no more than 6 participants) we’ll explore 6 key areas of your life. While the opportunity exists for you to share some of your thoughts with the group if you wish, the major focus of the workshop is on creating a space for you to take time to reflect on what for you, is most important in each of these key areas at this point in your life.

Previous participants have been amazed at how simply making this time to participate in this workshop helped them set and stick to their personal priorities and reduce their sense of stress and overwhelm. You’ll leave the workshop feeling empowered and more confident in the choices you make. You’ll be able to politely say “No thank you” to people and activities that don’t uplift you and you’ll create a space in your life to attract more of what you DO want.

Here’s what my client Jeff Dallin, Owner of Innovative Fitness in Vcitoria had to say after I conducted this workshop for him and his staff:

“I have recently had the privilege of having Sue present her “What’s Important to Me NOW?” workshop for my staff and myself personally. If you want clarity in your life’s focus or to get more out of life’s daily activities, this workshop will help you. It was very refreshing spending time on what I care about the most! Thank you Sue”

This workshop is being held in the historic Union Club of BC in downtown Victoria. All required workshop materials are included in the price as is tea and coffee at the start of the workshop and during a short break part-way through. As a member of the Club, I have the opportunity to invite guests to join me for an a la carte brunch in the dining room after the workshop. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please be sure to tell me when you register as I must make a reservation and there are some dress code requirements that I’ll share with you. Please note that brunch “at the Club” is purely optional and is not included in the price of the workshop.

What’s Important to Me NOW? Workshop

In this powerful 2 hour workshop participants will take the time to ask the question “What are the things in my life that are really important to me right now and what things do I want to give more focus to in the future?” Many of us lead very busy lives juggling personal, work and family commitments and we rarely stop to evaluate whether we’re spending our time on activities that really reflect who we are and what’s important to us as individuals. Others feel stuck in familiar patterns of behaviour that really don’t inspire or fulfill us. If you feel you may be approaching a crossroads in your life, investing a couple of hours with a life coach to help you get clear on your personal priorities can have a profound effect on the rest of your life.

Imagine knowing exactly what your priorities are and being able to evaluate each new demand for your time or attention in the light of whether this supports what’s most important to you. As you move forward after this workshop and begin to make choices aligned to what’s most important to you, you will begin to feel a powerful sense of control, satisfaction and happiness in the new life you are creating for yourself.

This foundational workshop is a great reference point to begin one-on-one coaching and also forms Part 1 of the 6 Part Retirement Reinvented Workshop Series where mid-lifers can create a vision for their ideal retirement and build a plan to achieve it.
