Commit to Self-Care and Be Your BEST Self

spa shotIf you’re a busy professional woman, give yourself permission to take an evening off and discover why practicing self-care is so important for you AND everyone else in your life. Learn why so many women don’t make taking care of themselves a priority and the impact this has on themselves and others.

Experience a mini-self-care workshop where you’ll take time to appreciate some of the qualities that make you special and leave with a plan to integrate more self-care into your life. There will be some sharing, though this is purely optional. The key focus of this seminar is to create a space for you to do some thinking about what practicing more self-care could look like for you.

At 6:15 pm we’ll all retire to a special table set aside just for us, at the Union Club for a delicious buffet supper that is included in the seminar price of only $67. Enjoying supper together will provide a wonderful opportunity to connect and get to know each other better.

100% of the participants in the inaugural Commit to Self-Care and Be Your BEST Self seminar said they would recommend it to others and here’s what one participant had to say afterwards:

“The Commit to Self-Care Seminar was inspirational and I really enjoyed it. I loved the setting at the Union Club and the meal with the other participants was delicious and the perfect way to wrap up the evening”                                  Janet Duncan, Professional Hairstylist, Ginger Group

Spaces are very limited for this event, so please contact Sue at 778-265-6880 or email her at suemaitland@shaw.ca to reserve your seat as soon as you know you’d like to attend. Consider inviting a friend to join you, or come on your own and expand your network.

What’s Important to Me NOW? Workshop

Sue Headshot w White SpaceAre you overwhelmed by the many competing demands upon your time? Take time to pause and get CLARITY on your most important priorities in your personal and business life and tools to help you stay on track and honour those priorities. Invest just 3 hours of your time in this powerful workshop and get crystal clear on your priorities for this phase of your life.

In a small group setting (no more than 6 participants) we’ll explore your priorities in 6 key areas of your life. While the opportunity exists for you to share some of your thoughts with the group if you wish, the major focus of the workshop is on creating a time and space for you to reflect on what for you, is most important in each of these key areas at this point in your life.

Previous participants have been amazed at how simply making this time to participate in this workshop helped them set and stick to their personal priorities and reduce their sense of stress and overwhelm. You’ll leave the workshop feeling empowered and more confident in the choices you make. You’ll be able to politely say “No thank you” to people and activities that don’t uplift you and you’ll create a space in your life to attract more of what you DO want.

Here’s what my client Jeff Dallin, Owner of Innovative Fitness in Victoria had to say after I conducted this workshop for him and his staff:
