Journal Writing RetreatYou may know that I’ve been offering Mini Self-Care Retreats in Victoria at the Union Club once per month since the beginning of 2016. I love creating the space for busy women to make time to appreciate themselves and understand the importance of integrating self-care into their lives. I’ve been actively looking for opportunities to bring new workshops and events to build on the work we begin in the mini self-care retreat and I’m delighted to be able to introduce you to another wonderful ICF certified coach, Lynda Monk, who has accepted my invitation and will be travelling from Salt Spring Island to deliver this very special mini-retreat focused on journal writing for self-care. While you do not need to have attended my mini self-care retreat to participate in this event, you may wish to consider making this investment in yourself and sign up for the September 19th event if your schedule permits.

“Sue Maitland guides women in a 90 minute self-care workshop encompassing brainstorming, awareness and enlightenment. I had the pleasure of attending one of Sue’s recent workshops and found it extremely worthwhile. As a busy professional, it’s challenging to find time for myself but Sue brought to light some interesting things to ponder and an awareness of self that I had not previously taken the time to do. Thank you Sue for a great 90 minutes, followed by an scrumptious dinner at the Union Club.  Highly recommended! ”

What’s Important to Me NOW? Workshop

Sue Headshot w White SpaceAre you overwhelmed by the many competing demands upon your time? Take time to pause and get CLARITY on your most important priorities in your personal and business life and tools to help you stay on track and honour those priorities. Invest just 3 hours of your time in this powerful workshop and get crystal clear on your priorities for this phase of your life.

In a small group setting (no more than 6 participants) we’ll explore your priorities in 6 key areas of your life. While the opportunity exists for you to share some of your thoughts with the group if you wish, the major focus of the workshop is on creating a time and space for you to reflect on what for you, is most important in each of these key areas at this point in your life.

Previous participants have been amazed at how simply making this time to participate in this workshop helped them set and stick to their personal priorities and reduce their sense of stress and overwhelm. You’ll leave the workshop feeling empowered and more confident in the choices you make. You’ll be able to politely say “No thank you” to people and activities that don’t uplift you and you’ll create a space in your life to attract more of what you DO want.

Here’s what my client Jeff Dallin, Owner of Innovative Fitness in Victoria had to say after I conducted this workshop for him and his staff:

Thank you Sue”

This workshop is being held in the historic Union Club of BC in downtown Victoria. All required workshop materials are included in the price as is tea and coffee at the start of the workshop and during a short break part-way through. As a member of the Club, I have the opportunity to invite guests to join me for an a la carte brunch in the dining room after the workshop. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please be sure to tell me when you register as I must make a reservation and there are some dress code requirements that I’ll share with you.
