Mini Self-Care Retreat

Learn why so many women don’t make taking care of themselves a priority and the impact this has on themselves and others.

Experience a 90 minute self-care workshop where you’ll take time to appreciate some of the qualities that make you special and leave with a plan to integrate more self-care into your life.

There will be some sharing, though this is purely optional. The key focus of this seminar is to create a space for you to do some thinking about what practicing more self-care could look like for you.

At 7:00 pm we’ll all retire to a special table set aside just for us in the McKenzie Lounge, at the Union Club for a delicious buffet supper that is included in the retreat price of only $74.50. Enjoying supper together will provide a wonderful opportunity to connect and get to know each other better.

Mini Journal Writing for Self-Care Retreat

 

Journal Writing RetreatYou may know that I’ve been offering Mini Self-Care Retreats in Victoria at the Union Club once per month since the beginning of 2016. I love creating the space for busy women to make time to appreciate themselves and understand the importance of integrating self-care into their lives. I’ve been actively looking for opportunities to bring new workshops and events to build on the work we begin in the mini self-care retreat and I’m delighted to be able to introduce you to another wonderful ICF certified coach, Lynda Monk, who has accepted my invitation and will be travelling from Salt Spring Island to deliver this very special mini-retreat focused on journal writing for self-care. While you do not need to have attended my mini self-care retreat to participate in this event, you may wish to consider making this investment in yourself and sign up for the September 19th event if your schedule permits.

This 90 minute retreat which will begin at 5pm on Monday October 3rd and includes a delicious buffet supper at the Union Club. This retreat starts 15 minutes earlier than my regular self-care retreats to allow time for Lynda to join is for the buffet supper after the event before catching the ferry back to her home on Salt Spring Island.
