Connect with other women committed to making self-care a more important part of their lives. Take an evening to remind yourself why practicing self-care is important, celebrate your successes in integrating self-care into your life, take the valuable lessons from what didnâ€™t quite work as you hoped and receive new ideas for what might work instead from your fellow workshop participants. Letâ€™s learn from one another and support each other so we can all leave with a renewed commitment to practicing self-care.
